About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Recruiter to drive high‑volume hiring across our organization. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates while ensuring a professional and compliant recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
- Execute high‑volume recruitment in line with targets and timelines.
- Gather feedback from hiring managers on candidate quality and post‑hire performance to improve alignment.
- Use traditional and non‑traditional sourcing methods to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Engage candidates from initial screening through offer and onboarding, maintaining a branded experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System, including resume mining and proactive searches.
- Promote the internal employee referral program.
Required profile
- Background in sales or customer service with a strong drive to meet or exceed targets.
- Results‑oriented mindset with ability to manage high‑volume hiring and shifting priorities.
- Creative, innovative and detail‑oriented.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate sourcing tools.
- Recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
- Job board sourcing tools.
