French Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Recruiter to drive high‑volume hiring across our organization. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates while ensuring a professional and compliant recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume recruitment in line with targets and timelines.
• Gather feedback from hiring managers on candidate quality and post‑hire performance to improve alignment.
• Use traditional and non‑traditional sourcing methods to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Engage candidates from initial screening through offer and onboarding, maintaining a branded experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System, including resume mining and proactive searches.
• Promote the internal employee referral program.

Required profile

• Background in sales or customer service with a strong drive to meet or exceed targets.
• Results‑oriented mindset with ability to manage high‑volume hiring and shifting priorities.
• Creative, innovative and detail‑oriented.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate sourcing tools.
• Recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
