About the role
Sutherland, a global business and digital transformation partner, is hiring a full-time hybrid Customer Service Representative French Account in Alexandria. The role covers day-to-day tasks focused on customer satisfaction, account management, excellent customer service and effective communication.
Required profile
- Graduates only
- Proficiency in French at B2-C1 level and English at B1 level
- Customer service skills and experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fixed morning shifts and fixed weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
