French‑Speaking Customer Service Agent (On‑site)

About the role

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Agent to work on‑site in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer contacts in French and English across phone, email and chat, delivering accurate information and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails and chats in French and English.
• Troubleshoot basic technical or service issues and process customer requests.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and follow up as needed.
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members according to established procedures.
• Meet quality, productivity and service‑level targets while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to share feedback and improve processes.

Required profile

• Fluent or near‑native proficiency in French and good command of English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• High school diploma; a college degree or relevant vocational training is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Qesm El Maadi and adhere to shift schedules.
• Prior experience in a call‑center or customer‑support role is advantageous.

Required skills
