About the role

iQor is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its on‑site team in Cairo, Egypt. This full‑time position involves handling both inbound and outbound interactions with French‑speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are answered and issues resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, or chat.
• Document each interaction accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow established procedures to resolve issues and provide product or service information.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in spoken and written French.
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Excellent listening, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Reliability, adaptability, and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo on a full‑time schedule, including possible shifts, weekends, or holidays.
