About the role

August Real Estate is seeking a fresh Real Estate Agent to join its New Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to support clients through every step of property transactions while learning from experienced senior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Identify suitable residential and commercial listings for clients.
• Conduct property viewings and explain key features.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain accurate client records.
• Coordinate with listing agents, property owners, and internal teams.
• Follow up on leads and promote properties through approved channels.
• Assist in preparing basic sales documentation under supervision.
• Stay updated on local market trends and develop sales techniques.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.
• Strong interest in building a career in real estate.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic understanding of property types, ownership, and transaction steps.
• Motivated to learn, manage time efficiently, and work on‑site in New Cairo.
• Relevant education in business or marketing is a plus; prior internship or customer‑facing experience is beneficial.
