About the role

As a Front Desk Agent at Semiramis InterContinental Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable first impressions and ensuring smooth, personalized service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm, professional greetings and manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Recognize IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, offering tailored assistance.
• Handle reservations, payments, and billing inquiries accurately.
• Anticipate guest needs, providing local insights, restaurant recommendations, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services and technology systems used at the front desk.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong problem‑solving ability to turn challenges into positive experiences.
• Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic literacy, numeracy, and computer proficiency.
