Front Desk Executive

About the role
The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our sales offices. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage daily administrative tasks, and support staff with logistical needs.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients, record walk‑ins, and ensure a professional reception area.
- Answer and redirect incoming calls, take messages, and manage voicemail.
- Receive, sort, and distribute letters, parcels, and packages.
- Coordinate driver schedules and handle staff‑requested transportation tasks.
- Maintain a tidy front‑desk with necessary supplies and stationery.
- Monitor office inventory, place orders for supplies, and keep records up to date.
- Assist with travel arrangements, scheduling, and other ad‑hoc duties as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of relevant front‑desk or receptionist experience.
- Highly presentable with strong interpersonal skills.
