About the role
VCFO Consulting is seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Sheikh Zayed City office. This full‑time, on‑site position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient reception environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception calendar.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Operate office equipment and support basic administrative functions.
Required profile
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Exceptional customer‑service orientation.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or similar front‑office role is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
