Front of House Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead the guest‑facing operations of our growing restaurant chain in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing service quality, staff performance, and ensuring an authentic Egyptian dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all front‑of‑house activities, guaranteeing excellent guest service and smooth operations.
• Supervise, train, and schedule FOH staff including hosts, waiters, and cashiers.
• Handle customer complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure efficient service flow.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards.
• Track daily sales, operational performance, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food‑handling regulations.
• Support promotional events while upholding Egyptian hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant operations experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Background in Egyptian, Middle Eastern, or casual dining concepts is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Fluent Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of Saudi hospitality regulations and HACCP or similar certifications is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using restaurant management software.
• Understanding of HACCP standards.
