About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Front Office Administrator to join our team in Egypt. The role is on‑site and focuses on delivering professional reception services and supporting smooth office operations while representing the company’s brand to visitors and callers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professional etiquette.
- Schedule and manage appointments for staff and clients.
- Provide courteous, high‑quality customer service to all visitors.
- Create a positive first impression for clients and guests.
- Maintain orderly front‑desk operations and support general administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Strong phone etiquette and appointment‑scheduling abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in a front‑office or administrative role is advantageous.
- Proficiency with standard office tools and software is a plus.
