Front Office Agent

About the role

The Front Office Agent is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering a warm, professional welcome and a seamless departure experience. You will manage check‑in and check‑out processes, handle guest inquiries, and support the overall image of the residence.

Key responsibilities

• Check in arriving guests, register them, assign rooms and accommodate special requests.
• Assist guests with registration cards, baggage handling and use suggestive selling techniques to promote rooms and additional services.
• Verify payment methods, follow credit‑checking procedures and handle cash transactions.
• Process check‑out, settle guest accounts, issue invoices and manage foreign‑currency exchanges.
• Answer guest questions by phone or in person, issue safe‑deposit boxes, forward messages and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping, including late check‑outs and early arrivals.
• Maintain a tidy work area and stay informed about hotel products, services and daily activities.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
• Experience in luxury hotel environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multinational setting.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts (11 pm‑8 am) up to 15 days per month.
• Ability to commute daily to the designated settlement.
