Frontend Lead – React Native

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead specialized in React Native to drive the development of high‑quality mobile applications for our digital banking platform. You will shape the mobile architecture, mentor a growing team, and ensure that our iOS and Android apps deliver seamless, user‑centric experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the frontend/mobile engineering team, fostering best‑practice coding standards.
• Define and evolve the mobile frontend architecture and development guidelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain React Native applications with reusable, scalable components.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver integrated features.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, technical planning, and code reviews.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure application reliability.

Required profile

• 9+ years of experience in frontend or mobile development.
• At least 2 years of experience leading frontend/mobile teams.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with React Native and mobile architecture.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and mentoring abilities.
