Full Stack Engineer (Next.js & FastAPI)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to design and build modern web applications using Next.js and FastAPI. The role involves creating scalable, high‑performance solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver clean, maintainable, and secure code.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications with Next.js, React, FastAPI, and Python.
• Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party services.
• Design and optimise database schemas and overall application performance.
• Implement secure authentication and authorisation mechanisms.
• Write clean, reusable, well‑documented code and conduct code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and CI/CD processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Next.js, React, TypeScript/JavaScript.
• FastAPI and Python.
• RESTful API design and consumption.
• SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Git version control.
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines (a plus).
