Full-time Volunteer – Guest Services & Hospitality

About the role

The Volunteer position at KaiSol Hotels & Resorts is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Hager Qena, Egypt. Volunteers support daily operations across guest services, front desk assistance, housekeeping coordination, and recreational activities, contributing to a positive guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide information about resort services.
• Assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Help organize events and recreational activities.
• Support staff in maintaining public areas and housekeeping coordination.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and prepare materials for guest programs.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth, guest‑focused operations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated interest in hospitality, tourism, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational reliability, ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work on‑site in Hager Qena and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude, integrity, willingness to learn, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
