Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager will oversee revenue optimization for Steigenberger Nile Palace Luxor, a 5‑star hotel in Luxor, Egypt. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for maximizing profitability across rooms, conference facilities and ancillary services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily pickup, analyse demand patterns and adjust pricing and inventory controls to maximise revenue.
• Prepare revenue reports, forecast performance and support budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and front‑office teams to align strategies with market conditions.
• Manage online distribution channels, maintain rate parity and ensure accurate revenue recognition with finance.
• Review competitor data and contribute to long‑term revenue management initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities with a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Proven experience in hotel revenue management, preferably in upscale or luxury properties.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, finance, business administration or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Fluent English; additional regional languages are a plus.
