Garment Quality Control Specialist

About the role

The Garment Quality Control Specialist will oversee and continuously improve quality control processes across the entire production cycle. You will evaluate raw materials, inspect in‑process and finished garments, and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in‑process goods, and finished products to verify they meet quality specifications.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures for all production stages.
• Identify defects, analyse root causes, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non‑conformance reports, and present performance reports to management.
• Evaluate factory performance, address quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, Quality Assurance, or equivalent experience.
• 0‑2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the apparel and fashion industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with textile properties, garment construction, and relevant industry regulations.
