Garnishment Senior Officer – Banking Operations

About the role

The Garnishment Senior Officer supports the account opening team by handling all garnishment‑related service requests and ensuring that bank records are accurately managed. This position works within a digital‑native bank environment, focusing on compliance, document handling, and efficient processing of garnishment cases.

Key responsibilities

• Execute service requests and cases assigned to the account opening team within the agreed turnaround time.
• Sort, scan, and upload daily garnishment requests.
• Review and process garnishment requests using the CRM system, taking appropriate actions.
• Prepare garnishment letters for governmental authorities and ensure correct document upload.
• Maintain compliance with AML/CFT, information protection, risk, and security regulations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of bank records—from creation and classification to storage, retrieval, and disposal.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate document retrieval and support archiving policy development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• General knowledge of bank rules and policies.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end banking processes and workflows.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the banking sector.
• Ability to work effectively with team members and learn new products and procedures quickly.
