German-speaking BPO Associate

About the role

PlanetLink Solutions is seeking German‑speaking BPO Associates to join its Cairo team. The role is open to fresh graduates as well as professionals with up to five years of experience. You will support international clients by performing research, data processing, documentation and back‑office operations while ensuring high accuracy and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Handle German‑language BPO and back‑office processes for international clients.
• Review, validate and process business information and documents.
• Conduct online research and collect information from reliable sources.
• Analyze and organize data according to defined guidelines and prepare reports or summaries.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and communicate with internal teams and stakeholders in German and English.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, IT, Computer Science, Languages, Economics or a related field (freshers welcome).
• Good written and spoken German (B1/B2 or higher) and English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email and internet research.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and willingness to learn.
