Global Cybersecurity Awareness Trainer

About the role

Join Henkel’s global cybersecurity team as a trainer who will design, deliver and continuously improve security awareness programmes for employees worldwide. You will work closely with IT, business and communication partners to translate complex security concepts into engaging learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and evolve a global portfolio of cybersecurity training and communication measures.
• Analyse current security trends, internal needs and market developments to shape relevant training formats.
• Create new continuing‑education products and update existing courses across multiple learning modalities.
• Deliver live and virtual training sessions, coach local trainers and act as a subject‑matter expert on security awareness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure training aligns with corporate security policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, security, communication, marketing, education or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar cybersecurity training or awareness role.
• Strong project‑management skills and a cooperative, dependable working style.
• Excellent presentation abilities, capable of simplifying technical topics for non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent English; German is a plus; cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
