Global Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for a Global Recruitment Specialist to lead national and international hiring initiatives across Europe. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Research talent markets across Europe and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Create and publish engaging job advertisements on multiple recruitment channels.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: CV screening, candidate sourcing, pre‑selection calls, interviews, assessments and shortlisting.
• Evaluate language proficiency, technical skills and behavioral competencies.
• Organise and facilitate online assessments, interviews and group selection activities.
• Support international candidates throughout the relocation process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.
• Contribute innovative ideas and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GDPR, information security and global compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and selection, with international recruitment experience considered a strong advantage.
• Achievement‑oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Awareness of diversity and inclusion, adaptability and flexibility.
