About the role

Accenture is seeking a Global Talent Learning Consultant to help clients across industries accelerate talent transformation and AI‑powered workforce capability building. You will work within the Global Talent Network to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that enable organizations to create future‑ready, agile workforces.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to conduct Training Needs Analyses and define curriculum requirements.
• Design high‑quality learning content, outlines, and detailed instructional materials aligned with client strategies.
• Create design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for learning solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI‑centric design principles into learning programs.
• Support clients through change management, ensuring smooth, people‑centered transitions.

Required profile

• Experience in learning design, development, or talent development within a consulting or corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
