Global Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Global Talent Sourcing Specialist to join LXT’s talent acquisition team. The role focuses on sourcing and managing candidates for our crowdsourcing projects, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified contributors across multiple languages and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements on diverse platforms to attract candidates for crowdsourcing initiatives.
• Screen applications, evaluate qualifications, and move selected candidates through the recruitment pipeline.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the recruitment system regularly.
• Collaborate with other sourcing specialists, the sourcing manager and director to align sourcing strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and answering queries.
• Manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably within a crowdsourcing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with the capacity to build effective internal relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
• Familiarity with job boards and social media platforms for talent outreach.
