Graduate Trainee - Trade Marketing (Organized Trade)

About the role

Red Bull is offering a one-year Graduate Program in Brand Marketing, starting January 2027, for a Trade Marketing Graduate Trainee focused on organized trade. You will help shape how Red Bull appears across organized trade, from bringing consumer activations to life to owning the organized trade calendar and e-commerce presence, working closely with the Sales, POS and E-commerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Bring key consumer activations to life across organized trade, partnering with the POS team on production and execution so they drive profitable growth for the retailer, category and Red Bull.
• Own execution of the organized trade calendar across some customers, working with Sales and POS to land plans in-store on time, and track progress against timelines to flag risks early.
• Manage e-commerce content, replenishment and the activation calendar for online customers.
• Conduct post-assessments of on-ground and online activations, capture learnings and share recommendations with the Channel Manager and cross-functional teams to improve activation ROI.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Fluent English and Arabic.
• Passion for Red Bull and the brand.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams (Sales, POS, E-commerce) at once.
