Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to partner directly with the CEO of a US startup. The role focuses on driving growth through marketing campaigns, content creation, and outreach while gaining hands‑on experience in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to design and execute growth initiatives.
• Launch, monitor and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage end‑to‑end content, social media and outreach activities.
• Track performance metrics, analyse data and present clear insights.
• Research new growth opportunities, channels and target audiences.
• Coordinate follow‑ups and keep projects moving forward.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in growth, marketing or a related role, preferably with offshore or US companies.
• Data‑driven mindset with a creative approach to problem‑solving.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
• Comfortable working aligned with US business hours.
