Guest Experience Expert / Guest Relations

About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert at Marriott, you will be the face of hospitality for our guests in Cairo. You will guide visitors through every stage of their stay, ensuring each interaction feels personal and memorable while upholding Marriott’s standards of wonderful hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and any operational needs during their stay.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and documentation as required.
• Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment, adhering to company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and move for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull or place objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to confidentiality, quality standards, and professional appearance.
