Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

Stella Stays is looking for a Guest Experience Specialist to be the primary face of the brand for guests across Europe, the Middle East and North America. You will work in a fast‑moving, tech‑driven hospitality environment, ensuring each stay is smooth, comfortable and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests during their stay, handling in‑unit issues such as system or appliance troubleshooting and quick housekeeping fixes.
• Manage guest communications, including booking inquiries, confirmations and ongoing messaging.
• Coordinate daily operations with cleaners, inspectors and maintenance teams.
• Gain detailed knowledge of all properties and help launch new locations from empty to guest‑ready.
• Identify and close add‑on sales opportunities.
• Proactively resolve guest issues, ensuring timely and positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable solutions that improve quality, efficiency and satisfaction.
• Participate in daily and weekly team meetings and contribute to a positive company culture.
• Lead or support projects aimed at improving operations and procurement systems.

Required profile

• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, nights and weekends.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a functional laptop.
• Hands‑on, adaptable mindset with the ability to react quickly to last‑minute changes.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, upbeat attitude.
