Guest Relations Agent – Luxury Nightlife on Nile River

About the role

As a Guest Relations Agent on a luxury floating venue along the Nile River, you will deliver a refined and personalized hospitality experience from the moment guests arrive until they depart. You will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and guide them through five upscale dining concepts and exclusive nightlife offerings, ensuring every interaction is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Review arrival lists and welcome guests.
• Attend to special guests, including VIPs, and respond to their inquiries.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide tailored recommendations, and build rapport.
• Address customer complaints and escalate issues to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Hospitality Management (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience as a Guest Relations Agent in the nightlife or hotel industry.
• Proven experience with front‑of‑house (FOH) systems or related hospitality software.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Professional, customer‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and ability to work in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
