Head of Arabic Department

About the role

The Head of Arabic Department will lead the Arabic teaching team in New Cairo, overseeing curriculum development, staff performance, and departmental processes. This senior position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of Arabic education.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all tasks related to the Arabic department.
• Conduct end‑of‑year evaluations for department members.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Arabic teachers.
• Review and revise weekly and monthly lesson plans across all Arabic stages.
• Implement efficient processes and standards to improve departmental performance.
• Motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Arabic (master's degree is an asset).
• Proven experience as an Arabic Head of Department or a similar leadership role, preferably with more than 10 years of experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving aptitude.
