Head of Digital Transformation

About the role

The Head of Digital Transformation will lead the evolution of the bank’s mobile, online and other digital banking platforms. This senior position is responsible for shaping strategy, managing projects and delivering innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the transformation of mobile, online and everyday banking platforms.
• Create, prioritize and manage the backlog for mobile and online initiatives, including version upgrades and releases.
• Develop strategic plans, manage projects and implement new technologies and features to improve the bank’s digital presence.
• Drive innovation, improve user experience and ensure seamless integration across digital channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, onsite and offshore teams, as well as external partners, to align objectives and resources.
• Deliver all mobile and online initiatives on time and within budget.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics such as availability, utilization, penetration, engagement rates, profitability and channel income.
• Define service level agreements, handle channel‑related complaints, and set KPIs for customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of experience in digital banking.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
