Head of Finance & Administration

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager of Finance & Administration to lead financial operations and administrative services at MASADER in Alexandria. The role ensures robust financial control, accurate reporting, and effective personnel and facility administration to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles while maintaining accounting policies and ERP systems.
• Manage cash planning, bank relationships and internal controls for payments and audits.
• Direct administrative services including transportation, facilities and security, fostering teamwork and ethical conduct.
• Oversee commercial and supply chain operations, ensuring process integrity and optimizing purchasing cycles.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations on margins, unit costs and working capital to the General Manager and Board.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required); CPA, ACCA or MBA preferred.
• 10–15+ years of finance experience, including management in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong internal governance and communication skills, with ability to support ISCC sustainability requirements.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Extensive experience with ERP systems.
• Exposure to AI tools for financial analysis.
