Head of Key User Managers

About the role

Robert Bosch Egypt is seeking a dynamic leader to head the Key User Managers team. You will be responsible for driving sales excellence, expanding market share, and managing the direct‑to‑user channel for Bosch Power Tools across Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Scale and lead the Key User team, fostering a high‑performance culture and coaching on sales excellence, acquisition, and strategic account management.
• Own turnover, profit, and market‑share targets for the Power Tools portfolio within the direct‑to‑user channel.
• Develop and execute the local D2U channel strategy aligned with regional objectives.
• Identify, acquire, and grow large professional accounts, overseeing national and public tenders from acquisition to fulfillment.
• Champion structured CRM usage for pipeline management and performance tracking.
• Hold full P&L and budget responsibility for all D2U activities in Egypt.
• Collaborate across a matrix environment with country leadership, marketing, product, service, and other sales channel heads.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of relevant experience, including several years in B2B technical sales or direct selling.
• Proven leadership experience building and developing successful sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sectors such as construction, manufacturing, or industrial assembly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Sales, Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.

Required skills

• Native Arabic and professional fluency in English.
• Expertise in B2B sales methodologies, lead acquisition, and value‑based selling.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and performance management.
