Head of Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Head of Marketing to lead our consumer‑goods brand in Egypt. This senior position will shape the marketing vision, drive brand growth, and ensure a cohesive, data‑driven approach across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and sales.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering creativity and high performance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product positioning and campaign tactics.
• Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Leverage digital marketing channels to enhance consumer engagement and optimize the customer journey.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of marketing experience in the consumer‑goods sector, preferably personal care, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of the Egyptian market and personal‑care industry.
• Proven track record of delivering multi‑channel campaigns that drive growth.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in budget management and resource allocation.
