Head of Operational Support

About the role

We are an exciting start‑up and the UK’s fastest‑growing franchisor of restaurant‑quality virtual brands. As Head of Operational Support you will report to the founding Director and play a critical role in supporting the UK operations team and our franchise partners. You will lead daily execution and continuous improvement of onboarding, administrative and operational support processes while also managing an operations team and an internal helpdesk.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the operational administration team, manage invoicing activities and coordinate daily priorities.
• Oversee the internal helpdesk, ensure timely responses to operational and technical queries, and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Maintain oversight of onboarding for new locations, suppliers and franchise partners, ensuring accurate documentation and aggregator‑platform setups.
• Collaborate on technology integration, lead cross‑functional projects, support testing, rollout, training and consolidate workflows into a unified platform.
• Maintain records of onboarding and operational activities, generate performance reports and ensure data compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Experience in operational administration, onboarding or related functions.
• Demonstrated team‑leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Strong technical aptitude for system use, troubleshooting and integration.
• Ability to adapt quickly, take initiative and work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with aggregator platforms such as Deliveroo, Just Eat or Uber Eats is a plus.
