Head of Oracle ERP

About the role

The Head of Oracle ERP will lead the Group’s Oracle Cloud delivery and operations across eleven markets in Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. Based in Cairo, the role combines building a new Centre of Excellence, taking over a live multi‑country platform, and rolling it out to additional operating companies.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the Oracle Cloud Centre of Excellence – define operating model, service catalogue, governance, RACI and charge‑back; build the Cairo hub and recruit functional, technical and integration teams.
• Manage the formal handover from Oracle Consulting – ensure acceptance of deliverables, knowledge transfer, defect backlog resolution, post‑go‑live stabilisation and commercial close‑out.
• Lead regional rollouts – plan and execute design authority, fit‑gap, SIT, data‑migration rehearsals, UAT, cut‑over and hyper‑care for each market, ensuring statutory, tax, language and banking localisation.
• Own data migration with a target of ≥98% accuracy and drive user adoption across all entities.
• Operate the platform as a managed service – provide L2/L3 support for ERP, SCM, CX and OIC, manage SLA and problem resolution, oversee quarterly Oracle updates, and enforce configuration‑as‑code and environment governance.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (ERP, SCM, CX) and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Proven track record of establishing a Centre of Excellence and delivering multi‑country ERP rollouts.
• Fluent English (required); French strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% across Africa, UAE and Pakistan.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to define KPIs, governance and operating models.
