Head of Oracle Practice

About the role

ArcSense is launching a dedicated Oracle practice in Cairo and needs a senior leader to build it from the ground up. You will define the service portfolio, establish the Oracle partnership, originate the first client engagements and recruit the founding delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the 12‑month business plan, including offerings, pricing, margin targets and hiring strategy.
• Lead practice revenue, utilisation, gross margin and delivery methodology while acting as executive sponsor for Oracle clients.
• Establish and grow the Oracle alliance, achieve Cloud Service Expertise designations and develop co‑sell relationships with Oracle’s Middle East sales organization.
• Originate and close the practice’s first engagements, lead presales activities and drive joint Oracle‑Salesforce propositions.
• Recruit, develop and certify the founding team of solution architects, functional leads and integration specialists.

Required profile

• 12+ years of Oracle Applications consulting experience, including 5+ years on Oracle Fusion Cloud, with a proven record of leading end‑to‑end implementations and migrations.
• Demonstrated commercial ownership of practice revenue, margin and utilisation, and experience selling consulting services in the GCC.
• Established relationships within Oracle’s Middle East partner and sales ecosystem and familiarity with regional localisation requirements (VAT, e‑invoicing, Arabic reporting).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; fluent English and ability to travel up to 25% across the region.
