Head of Quality Management Systems & Operations

About the role

LEONI Wiring Systems Egypt is seeking a senior leader to head its Quality Management Systems and Operations Quality function. The role is responsible for ensuring that all quality processes, audits and methods meet defined objectives and key performance indicators across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Quality Management (QM) Systems, Operations, Audits and Methods in line with established KPIs.
• Design and lead initiatives to continuously improve quality systems and operational performance.
• Define, maintain and enforce standards, governance and processes within the area of responsibility.
• Develop and control the budget for quality‑related activities.
• Activate a Q‑Task‑Force for production facilities when major quality issues arise, providing tools, methods and expertise.
• Oversee multiple organizational units within QM Systems & Operations.
• Implement measures to enhance team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in Quality Management Systems and Operations Quality, with a minimum of 4 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring and employee development.
• Strategic mindset combined with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
