Head of Recruitment

About the role

Care With Love Inc. is seeking a Head of Recruitment to own and execute its end‑to‑end hiring strategy. This hands‑on leadership position blends strategic workforce planning with active sourcing and full‑cycle recruitment across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function, setting KPIs and hiring targets.
• Execute full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop hiring plans.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, workforce forecasts, and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Support both high‑volume and specialized hiring as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting and compliance.
• Proven experience as a Head of Recruitment, Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or Senior Recruiter.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within EST business hours (8 AM – 5 PM).
