Head of Warehouse

About the role

Zeina is seeking a Warehouse Section Head to lead its warehouse operations within the tissue mill and retail environment. The role involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and coordinating closely with production and other departments. This senior position requires strong leadership, organizational abilities, and hands‑on experience in warehouse management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and other internal teams to align warehouse activities with overall business needs.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the warehouse team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a tissue mill or similar manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex logistical processes.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Previous experience in the tissue mill industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficient use of SAP for warehouse and inventory management.
