Health Services Coordinator – Aswan

About the role

The Health Services Coordinator will lead the delivery of mobile clinics to underserved populations in Aswan, ensuring refugees, unregistered migrants and vulnerable communities have timely access to primary health care. The role involves close collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Egyptian Health Authority and partner NGOs to assess needs, build capacity and implement health interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage mobile clinic operations in targeted areas.
• Coordinate with MoH, EHA and NGOs to support primary care services.
• Coach, mentor and transition clinic management to local partners.
• Assess infrastructure, supplies and capacity‑building needs of PHCs and hospitals.
• Develop SOPs for cash‑for‑health interventions and internal case‑management processes.
• Plan and implement cash reimbursement programmes for medical cases.
• Maintain accurate records, enter monthly utilisation data and produce analytical reports.
• Ensure partner NGOs deliver activities on schedule and with high quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating health services, preferably mobile clinics.
• Strong ability to work with ministries, health authorities and NGOs.
• Experience developing SOPs and managing cash‑for‑health programmes.
• Excellent reporting, documentation and data‑entry skills.
• Capacity to assess health infrastructure and support capacity‑building initiatives.
