Health Services Coordinator – Aswan

About the role

The Health Services Coordinator will lead the delivery of mobile clinics to underserved populations in Aswan, ensuring refugees, unregistered migrants and vulnerable communities have timely access to primary health care. The role involves close collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Egyptian Health Authority and local NGOs to plan, implement and monitor health services.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage mobile clinics in targeted areas, guaranteeing high‑quality health service delivery.
• Collaborate with MoH, EHA and NGOs to support primary care operations and transition clinics to local partners.
• Assess infrastructure, supplies and capacity‑building needs of PHCs and hospitals.
• Develop SOPs for cash‑for‑health interventions and internal case‑management processes.
• Plan and implement cash‑for‑medical‑cases programmes, monitor service quality and mitigate risks.
• Maintain accurate records, enter monthly utilisation data into the project database and produce regular analytical reports.
• Ensure partner NGOs implement activities as planned and with high quality.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating health services, particularly mobile clinics.
• Proven ability to work with ministries, health authorities and NGOs.
• Strong capacity‑building and reporting skills.
