Health Services Coordinator – Aswan

About the role

The Health Services Coordinator will lead the delivery of mobile clinics to underserved populations in Aswan, ensuring refugees, unregistered migrants and vulnerable communities have access to primary health care. The role involves close collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Egyptian Health Authority and partner NGOs to assess needs, develop standards and support local health infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage mobile clinic operations in targeted areas, guaranteeing timely and quality health services.
• Coordinate with the Ministry of Health, Egyptian Health Authority and NGOs to support primary care service delivery.
• Coach, mentor and transition clinic management to selected local partners.
• Assess infrastructure, supplies and capacity‑building needs of primary health centres and hospitals in Aswan.
• Develop SOPs for cash‑for‑health interventions, eligibility criteria and reimbursement processes.
• Maintain accurate records of clinic activities, needs assessments and capacity‑building interventions.
• Prepare regular analytical reports, case studies and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating health programmes or mobile clinic services.
• Familiarity with primary health‑care delivery in humanitarian or migrant contexts.
• Ability to work with government health authorities, NGOs and local partners.
• Level 3 child safeguarding exposure, with regular contact with children or young people.
