About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Healthcare Marketing Manager to lead our hospital’s brand strategy and patient acquisition initiatives. You will bridge clinical excellence with public awareness, ensuring our facilities remain the top choice for patients and medical professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with growth objectives.
• Maintain and elevate the hospital’s brand identity across offline and digital channels.
• Design and launch campaigns to promote medical departments, centers of excellence, and outpatient services.
• Oversee website, SEO, and social media platforms to engage patients and share health education content.
• Organise community health awareness events, webinars, and medical convoys.
• Build strong relationships with doctors and internal PR to highlight expertise.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, patient feedback, and competitor activity.
• Assist in crisis communication and reputation management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field (MBA a plus).
• 5‑7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a hospital or major healthcare facility.
• Proven track record of successful healthcare marketing campaigns and patient volume growth.
• Deep knowledge of medical advertising regulations, healthcare ethics, and patient privacy laws.
