About the role
Vodafone is looking for a Healthcare Operations Senior Specialist to lead vendor coordination and ensure seamless delivery of technical support and operational projects. You will act as the bridge between internal teams and external vendors, maintaining high service quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor teams across technical support and operations functions.
- Oversee multiple project implementations, ensuring vendor compliance with requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve database and operating system issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical problems.
- Monitor vendor performance, enforce SLA compliance, and conduct quality assessments.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in technical support.
- Strong expertise in database administration and operating systems.
- Proven experience in vendor management and coordination.
- Excellent problem‑solving, project management and communication skills.
