Hostess – Guest Reception & Service

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to welcome guests in our bars and restaurant outlets across Egypt. You will be the first point of contact, guiding guests to their tables and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive guests at any outlet and escort them to tables following standard procedures.
• Work in bars or restaurant areas, informing customers about menu alternatives and promoting targeted services.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of workstations, handling any personal belongings left by guests and handing them over to supervisors.
• Follow Food & Beverage departmental instructions, operational standards, and weekly work schedules set by the F&B Manager.
• Attend orientation training and undergo two performance assessments each year.
• Strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction while supporting environmental initiatives such as waste reduction and energy saving.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in hospitality or guest service.
• Ability to work flexible hours as scheduled by the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Commitment to attend training, assessments and adhere to departmental procedures.
