Hostess – Guest Service in Hotel Restaurant

About the role

Join the inaugural voco hotel in Egypt as a Hostess, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for restaurant guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every visitor feels valued and enjoys a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to their tables and coordinate with service staff.
• Answer questions about menu items, promotions, and hotel facilities.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and resolve concerns.
• Assist with table setups, menus, and maintain a clean reception area.
• Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and in‑house services.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a hostess or in guest service, preferably in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Warm, welcoming personality with a professional appearance.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
