Hostess

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team at Rixos Premium Seagate in Sharm El Sheikh. The Hostess greets guests, manages seating, and ensures a smooth and welcoming experience in our restaurants and bars.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests in any outlet and escort them to their tables following standard procedures.
• Provide information on menu options, suggest alternatives, and promote targeted services to increase sales.
• Maintain high service standards in line with the Food & Beverage department’s rules and operational guidelines.
• Safeguard and hand over any personal belongings left by guests to supervisors.
• Follow the weekly work schedule, attend orientation training, and participate in two performance assessments per year.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to plan working hours and ensure 100 % customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours as scheduled.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage products and services.
