Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Guest Environment Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Environment Expert who will ensure every area of our hotel – from guest rooms to public spaces – is spotless and welcoming. As part of the St. Regis team, you will create memorable experiences through meticulous housekeeping and attentive service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobbies and other public areas to the brand’s high standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock housekeeping carts, and ensure all supplies are available.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Uphold uniform, personal appearance and professional communication standards.

Required profile

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle repetitive physical activity.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Understanding of safety practices and ability to follow established procedures.
• Professional demeanor with respect for guest privacy and confidentiality.
