Hotel Guest Environment Expert – Housekeeping

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures every guest experiences a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel. Working within Marriott International’s standards, you will maintain the appearance of rooms and public areas while delivering thoughtful service that enhances the overall guest stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces according to Marriott quality standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restocking carts and delivering amenities as needed.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and report any shortages.
• Follow safety procedures, lift and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance, and ensure a secure work environment.
• Uphold confidentiality, uniform standards, and professional communication at all times.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Professional appearance and reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤ 50 lb.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
