About the role
We are looking for a Hotel Manager to lead all departments of Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Hotel, ensuring optimum profitability, high service standards and outstanding guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments to achieve financial targets, performance metrics and guest experience goals.
- Lead initiatives and meetings aimed at improving service standards and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest complaints directly, communicate face‑to‑face and propose solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Guide department heads and, when needed, participate in implementing quality management systems to meet hotel standards.
- Coordinate with the Cluster General Manager to protect assets and revenue.
- Monitor industry trends, attend relevant meetings and advise the Cluster General Manager on innovations.
- Act as the Cluster General Manager’s substitute, conducting routine meetings with department managers in their absence.
- Prepare the annual budget and capital‑expenditure plan together with department managers.
- Review departmental budgets monthly and address any deficits.
Required profile
- Proven ability to lead and manage all hotel functions.
- Strong decision‑making skills, especially in guest relations and operational matters.
- Capability to act as the Cluster General Manager’s deputy and conduct departmental meetings.
- Experience in budgeting, CAPEX planning and financial monitoring.
