Housekeeping Coordinator

About the role

Four Seasons Resort at Sharm El Sheikh is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department. The role ensures accurate room status updates, clear communication between departments and timely service delivery, keeping the resort's standards of cleanliness, efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including accurate room status updates and task allocation
• Serve as the main point of contact between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering and other departments
• Maintain and update housekeeping logs, reports and administrative records
• Monitor guest requests and follow up to ensure timely service
• Support supervisors with scheduling, attendance tracking and inventory control
• Handle guest inquiries and escalate issues when required
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards, policies and safety procedures
• Assist with onboarding coordination and training records for housekeeping colleagues

Required profile

• 1 year of experience in the same position
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education preferred
• Previous experience in housekeeping operations, hotel administration or a similar role
• Service-oriented mindset aligned with Four Seasons' culture

• Proficiency in hotel systems and basic computer applications
• Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills
